Using a shoemaking knife, they will cut accurate shapes and add decorative elements like toe straps or designs to customize the shoe. Holes will be punched for the straps to pass through and for a buckle to be secured.

2. Hand-Stitching: The upper structure of the sandals is completed using a traditional hand-stitching method. Our dual-stitching technique will add support and additional strength. 

3. The Outsole: The polyurethane outsole is glued to the bottom of the sandal to protect the leather. 

4. Shaping: The lasting process will shape the leather to the sole. The final buckle placement is decided, and the excess leather trim will be sanded down and removed.
