• 30-Day Returns: You've got a whole month to decide if they're the perfect fit.
• Free Return Shipping in the USA: No need to worry about return costs *.
• No Restocking Fees: We don't believe in penalizing returns.
• No Final Sale Items: Everything is eligible for return.
• Items Must Be in Original Condition:  Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged (exceptions to damage from shark attacks made on a case-by-case basis)
  
  

How to Return or Exchange Your Product:

If your item(s) meets the criteria above, head over to our Return Center and have the following details ready:

• Your 5-digit order number from the email confirmation.
• The email address you used at the time of purchase.

You'll be issued a prepaid shipping label—just print it out and send back the sandals within 14 days to keep the label active. Please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to clear once we’ve received your return.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

When Will You Receive Your Order?

• Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days within the US—always free.
• Standard Overnight: 1-2 business days for those who just can’t wait.
• Next Day Express: Place your order by 11:00 am PST for next-day delivery.
• Hawaii and Alaska: Orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority.

Return Policy Details:

We want your experience with Jerusalem Sandals to be flawless. If your sandals aren’t exactly what you expected, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Just make sure your sandals are in their original, unworn condition and were purchased directly from JerusalemSandals.com. Your first return from any order is on us, with free shipping. For any additional returns from the same order, a $10 shipping fee will apply. Please note that expedited shipping options are non-refundable. If you purchased through another retailer, please contact them directly to arrange a return. International customers, reach out to us at Support@JerusalemSandals.com for return assistance.

International Shipping:

Yes, we ship worldwide! We offer express shipping by DHL, with other carrier options available at checkout, tailored to your location and order weight. We strive to provide a range of affordable, efficient, and fast shipping options so you can enjoy your new Jerusalem Sandals, no matter where you are. Please be aware that while international shipping costs are included in your order, duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees are not, and these will be your responsibility upon delivery.

International Returns:

Of course! If you don’t love your Jerusalem Sandals, you can return them within 30 days of purchase, as long as they’re in new, unworn condition, free of damages, and in the original packaging. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping for international orders.
