If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us for an exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt.

We offer a 30-day return/exchange period on all items ordered on jerusalemsandals.com with the following caveats:
Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged (exceptions to damage from shark attacks made on a case-by-case basis)
All returns and exchanges must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e. jerusalemsandals.com)

To exchange or return a product:
If your item(s) meets the criteria above, visit the Return Center and have the following ready:
Email confirmation 4 digit order number
Email address used at the time of purchase
You will be issued a prepaid shipping label to print out and send back the pair you would like to return. Please get those sent back ASAP (within 14 days) to avoid the label being canceled.
Please allow up to 7 business days for credit to clear.
