Does Jerusalem Sandals offer free shipping on all orders?

We do! We offer free Priority shipping on all US orders through USPS (2-5 day service). Unfortunately, we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses at this time. 

When will my order ship out?

We do our best to process and ship your Jerusalem Sandals at lightning speed, usually 1-2 business days processing time. During holidays, this can be slightly extended. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships out.

When will I receive my order?

Transit times start from the date the order initially ships, not the date the order is placed. Here is a timeline of when you can expect your Jerusalem Sandals:

Standard Shipping (2-4 business days) - Free within United States
FedEx Standard Overnight (1-2 business days) - $50

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via USPS Priority and typically takes 5-10 business days from the ship

How do I track my order?

Please refer back to your shipping confirmation email to track your package. If you have an account with us, you can also check your order status by logging into your account and clicking into your order information. If you did not receive a confirmation email with the tracking number, please contact us so we can help you track your order.

What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Jerusalem Sandals as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right. We now accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will accept a return on Jerusalem Sandals items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages. Purchases must be made directly from JerusalemSandals.com. Original shipping is non-refundable including any expedited shipping options. If you purchased with another retailer, please contact them directly to coordinate a return. International customers, please email Support@JerusalemSandals.com for assistance on your return.

Do you ship internationally?

We do!  Worldwide free shipping by US Postal Service first-class mail international. Other carrier options and shipping costs will be available at checkout and are calculated based on your location and weight of order. We do our best to offer you a range of affordable, efficient, and fast options to receive your new Jerusalem Sandals outside of the US.

Please note that all sizes on our sites are EU sizes. Refer to the size chart for help with size conversions.

Can I return my order from outside of the US?

 Of course! If you don’t love you Jerusalem Sandals, you can return them back to us within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in new, unworn condition, free of damages and in the original packaging. We do not cover the cost of return shipping but you can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number with whichever carrier you choose so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.

How do Jerusalem Sandals fit?

Most Jerusalem Sandals fit true to size and are available in EU sizes. Due to the nature of our hand stitched sandals, sizing may vary by style. Please check on each product page for sizing recommendations! Your Jerusalem Sandals will also slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet.

I have a narrow foot, what style is best for me?

The leather on my sandals is dark in some areas and light in others. Is this a mistake?

All Jerusalem sandals are hand-dyed so there is a natural inconsistency to them. Take pride in it! Your sandals are one-of-a-kind!

The sandals feel “stiff” at first. Will they loosen up?

Absolutely. Our natural leather will age beautifully and within hours of wearing them the leather will soften up and start molding to your feet. They will feel like custom made shoes just for you!

How long does a pair of Jerusalem Sandals last?

Jerusalem Sandals are designed to last through all your adventures. From long mountain hikes to short city walks,
these Jerusalem Sandals were made to endure. but they won’t last forever. There is a 120 day warranty on all orders purchased on JerusalemSandals.com. If your Jerusalem sandals incur any unfortunate damages due to manufacturing within 120 days of the purchase date, we'll be happy to help you get a new pair! For purchases made with other retailers, please reach out to the place of purchase.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged or defected?

 We are so sorry to hear that your product did not arrive in tip top shape! For purchases made on www.JerusalemSandals.com, please email us a description of the issue along with pictures and will be more than happy to assist you. If you purchased from a different website or retailer, please contact your place of purchase.
