Refund policy

 

At Jerusalem Sandals customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Our items are always handmade with the highest quality materials, and with intricate attention to detail. If any of the items in your order are incorrect or defective in any way, please contact us for an exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt.

We want you to love your Jerusalem Sandals as much as we do! If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, please get in touch with us so we can make it right.

We offer a 30-day return/exchange period on all items ordered on jerusalemsandals.com with the following caveats:

  • Any returned or exchanged items must be in the same condition as delivered to you, meaning they are unworn, unused, and undamaged (exceptions to damage from shark attacks made on a case-by-case basis)

  • All returns and exchanges must be initiated from original point of sale (i.e. jerusalemsandals.com)

  • International customers, please email Support@JerusalemSandals.com for assistance on your return.

To exchange or return a product:

If your item(s) meets the criteria above, visit the Return Center and have the following ready:

  • Email confirmation 4 digit order number

  • Email address used at the time of purchase                                                     

You will be issued a prepaid shipping label to print out and send back the pair you would like to return. Please get those sent back ASAP (within 14 days) to avoid the label being canceled.

Please allow up to 7 business days for credit to clear.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@jerusalemsandals.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Privacy:

 We respect each individual’s right to personal privacy, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. All your personal information, including your postal and email address, are kept confidential at all times, even if you sign our guest book or write a product review. We do not sell, trade, or rent any information we collect from you to third parties.

All transfers between your computer and our site that may include sensitive information are encrypted using the industry standard SSL technology.

When you order from us, we collect personally identifiable information from you. If you order one of our products, we will collect and maintain your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone number. Credit card numbers are discarded once your order is complete.

The information collected by us is used for processing orders, keeping you informed about your order status, for statistical purposes, and for improving our site and its performance.

All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When your web browser is set to its defaults, a small yellow lock in the status line of your browser will appear. This lock signifies that all information being sent or received is using a SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is an advanced encryption technique that ensures secure data transfer between your browser and our server. You will initiate the secure connection automatically once you proceed to the check out. All communication from thereon — entering email address and password, your billing and shipping information as well as your credit card details — occurs through the encrypted (secure) channel.
